*There will be no make up for failing to notify a cancellation. Please notify me as soon as possible for any cancellations. There will be no refunds for failing to notify.  Payments are to be received in full.

*A four lesson pack must be completed within two months of first lesson.

*A six lesson pack must be completed within three months of first lesson.
