In-season and Off-season programs available
Baseball at all levels has become a 12 month commitment. During the long summer season and throughout the endless winter, it is essential each player keep their body in the best possible condition. I focus on 4 "training seasons" to meet the demands on the players. This same training model is used by professional athletes. Here are just a few of the most important elements within the 52 weeks of baseball training:
Baseball-specific exercises
Position-specific training
Progressive-based training
Core/rotational training
Increased lateral quickness and reaction time
Functional strength
Initial assessment of functional strength and power
Additional assessment throughout the program
Power Alley Baseball's Combo Training Alumni
Eric Walano - 1st team All County, All Group and State Champion 2010
Justin White - Sectional Champion 2011
Steve Nappe - College World Series participant 2011, ACBL Division Champion 2011
Call for more information about "In Home" training, where I design the program and the athlete uses it on their own time.
